Hello,
is there any possibility in Finesse (both UCCX and UCCE) to get the destination IP address/port of the RTP stream of the current call (ie agent's phone)?
I know it was possible in the CTI-OS desktop, but is this also available when using Finesse?
I didn't find anything in the docs (REST/JS), not even in the browser console log.
The only alternative I can think of is to use AXL and check phone IP of the agent...but I hope there is some better solution.

Hi Vojta,
Unfortunately, Finesse does not have that information, so there aren't any APIs via Finesse. I am not sure if the CTI protocol exposes that information.
