Hi,
Can someone help "how to configure the IPPA Phone UI Layout customization as per customer needs?"
Customer is asking up to what level layout can be customized when deploying IPPA only agents?
After login in to Finesse Admin page, they can only see option for Desktop Layout and then 'Manage Desktop Layout' section.
They don't see the option for IPPA Layout section specifically.
Customer wants to know where to configure IPPA layouts and what documents they may refer?
Any reference would be appreciated...
