I am unable to find any Cisco document stating if Cisco Finesse IPPA and Finesse Desktop can work at the same time or not.Is it Cisco supported or not.Please let me know if you have come across about this document.
Finesse IPPA uses Finesse service on UCCX server just like desktop Finesse and obviously can be used at the same time. Perhaps I am missing something from your question, so please elaborate on your requirements.
