Agents using Cisco Finesse with Dutch language settings are experiencing sudden changes to English (en_US) without any apparent cause. This issue, affecting both agents and supervisors.
We checked the browser and dutch is the default language of the browser, also the windowsclient is in dutch.
Both Firefox and Edge browsers have been tested, and the problem occurs with both.
UCCX version 12.5.1.11003-511 (su3-ES05).

Are you running into something like this https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvr69169 (old bug, but not sure if your scenario)?
Or like is everything on the page in Dutch and then something happens and the controls/reports all start showing in English?

Hi Peter, have you checked to see if it isn't a browser setting that's being reset, like mentioned here as far as the browser preferred language?

This is mentioned in the Finesse guide, that the browser or a URL change can change the language for instance
"You can also select a language by passing the locale as part of the URL (for example, https://FQDN of Primary Server:8445/desktop?locale=fr_FR) or by changing your browser preferred language. The default language is English (en_US). "
I'd be curious if you log a test agent in and just let it sit there, does the change you're mentioning happen?
