Finesse: Load QM Playback Gadget

Hi all,

Has anyone tried the above before for v10.5?

In the integration doc (Quality Management Integration Guide for CAD and Finesse Version 10.5), it mentioned the following files to be modifed and uploaded into Finesse 3rdpartygadget folder

Finesse Version 10.0.1: C:\Program Files\Cisco\WFO_QM\Jetty\work\cone_ui\webapp\gadgets\FinessePlayBackGadget-10.0.1
Finesse Version 10.5.1: C:\Program Files\Cisco\WFO_QM\Jetty\work\cone_ui\webapp\gadgets\FinessePlayBackGadget-10.5.1

However the only similar files i could find in the gadgets folder is

a) FinessePlayBackGadget.html

b) PlayBackGadget_9_3_1\FinessePlayBackGadget.xml

Did you managed to find the location of the files on WFO, I am trying to find  the same.

Nope. I believe there's some documentation issue (my support case is still pending). The closest match is the PlayBackGadget_9_3_1\FinessePlayBackGadget.xml and you can try that out

 i got this error message when i loading recording control Gadget .
