Finesse not displaying ANI after supervised transfer

I am running into an issue with ANI display on Finesse (11.6) after a supervised transfer.   A caller dials a DID and a person answers and then does a supervised transfer to a DN associated with a CTI route point (to send the caller to a UCCE queue).   The physical desk phone (Cisco 8841) of the call center agent displays the external caller's ANI after the transfer is completed......however Finesse just displays the internal extension of the person doing the supervised transfer....and never updates to the external caller's ANI even after the transfer is complete.

 

I have tried looking through Finesse Call Variable Layouts and even in the CCE ICM scripts (to set a variable to the CLID) but nothing seems to get Finesse to update to the external ANI once the call is transferred.   It remains stuck on the internal extension doing the transfer.

 

Has anyone run into this and/or found a fix for Finesse?
