Finesse Supervisor – Display CUIC Live Data Wallboard Customizations

Hi,

We've created a wallboard (gadget) for Finesse Supervisor desktop using Live Data report (CSQ Voice Summary) from CUIC. We've also added some thresholds and conditions to this report such that the CSQ name highlights in red once the Longest Call in Queue has been waiting for greater than or equal to 1 minute.  After making these customizations, I updated the viewID link on the supervisor layout of the Finesse Admin tool. I retrieved this viewID from the customized view of the report in CUIC.

 

Here's my issue. When testing the threshold, I can see the CSQ name highlight in red on the actual report in CUIC.  However, on the wallboard, the red highlighting is not present once the threshold is reached.  How can I fix this issue? 

- we are using UCCX 11.6.

Any chance this is an issue with the wallboard itself? Maybe something to do with resolution or the type of browser used to get to the report?
