Finesse Voice CSQ Agent Detail Report

Hello Experts,

I have a user who is the supervisor in two different UCCX clusters.

He is able to see the Voice CSQ Agent Detail Report when selecting Queue Data tab in one cluster but unable to see the same in the other cluster. Please see the attached screenshot.

 

Any idea why the supervisor is able to see the détails in cluster_1 but not in cluster_2?

 

Both clusters are at 11.6.2.10000-38 (ES05-9)

That layout is different? Find the effective layout for them in each cluster then run a comparison/diff on them.

Thanks Anthony,

I copied the layout from the working cluster and paste it in the non-working cluster and saved. After having the supervisors to log-off and log-in everything started workins as expected.
