I have below servers and client already setup:
- Call Manager 10
- Cisco Unified Call Center Express
- Cisco Finesse Client for Agent
- Cisco Finesse Client for Supervisor
I don’t know how to setup silent monitoring to Agent by Supervisor, through BIB (Build in Bridge) in Call Manager.
Could anyone give me some guildline, it is good to give me step by step configuration. Thank you very much.

If you mean Supervisor Whispering, then it's not available anymore. You can do some development( with CUCM and Finesse) to make customized gadget.
