Folks,
I am facing a problem with finnese 10.0.1 with UCCE 10.0.x that after transfering a call to IVR usnig ICM DNP agent's finnese get stuck on talkin state.
Any idea what could be the issue and what would can be te workaround of this.

Hi Sheraz,
From the given details i could say that you are hitting CSCuz01870 -Finesse Stuck in Offhook state during Transfer to CTI Routepoint

but i don't see any workaround or fix for this till cisco latest version

Hi Sheraz,
I see "Reset the phone" as work around mentioned in defect RNE. But if you don't want to do this , you can go ahead and raise ES request on 10.0 version . fix is available in 10.5(2) ES34 and 11.5(1).

Hi Sasi,
It is workign fine with Ctios Agent desktop but not with Finesse. However i have already open a case with TAC. Will update the result.

have you resolved the problem yet ?
we had same issue on Finesse when do the transfer and stuck in the Off-hook state. but sometime working sometime not working .
made 3 times calls , 2 failed 1 successful
