Hi everybody,
I'm trying to setup for the first time a recording solution using WFO QM and encountered so many difficulties to install it.
the problem i'm having now is related to JTAPI user (Or AXLnot sure which one has the problem), it seems that the recording server can not connect to it, and of course I can't see any CUCM device if JTAPI is not working
I'm using the same JTAPI user as our UCCX, so i'm sure no issue related to credentials or anything like that
in the attachments section i've put a screenshot showing the error
Do you have any idea what could be the issue ?

This happens sometimes
Its trying to use the AXL IP address or DNS name to download jtapi from UCM. You don't need any login to download JTAPI.
Just click yes to ignore and run through the rest of postinstall.
When you have finished run postinstall again and on the top select tools then "Download/Install JTAPI"
