Is there a way to forward the actual Caller ID on a Redirect Call in IPCC Express?

The Call Redirect step does not modify the call ANI information. You can only reset the Called Address to the new destination or preserving it as the original value.
Perhaps I don't understand your question though. Could you expound on the situation further?

Here is my scenario:
-Call coming to Call Center
-After checking database, it is redirect to a local office of the caller
-The Call Center main number is showed up on the redirect line as caller ID.
I am trying to find if I can forward the original caller ID from caller to the local office.
