G729 prompt format

I have the format for G711 prompts but I am having trouble finding the parameters for the G729 file format.

Im sure someone knows what the file format is for G729, please let me know what the properties/parameters should be set to.

The format for G.729 is 8 bit ulaw. What are you trying to do?

G.729 is a proprietary, licensed, compression codec that must be purchased. You can't use Windows Sound Recorder to change a prompt from G.729 to G.711.

As Andy pointed out you cannot change that . you use the same file format for your prompts.. ccit ulaw 8bit mono that is any recorder will do.

Copy and drop the G.711 prompts in the below path of CCM server "C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\MOH\DropMOHAudioSourceFilesHere". The G.711 prompts will be automatically converted to G.729 codec and migrates to CCM server to “C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\TFTP PATH\MOH Folder”.
