Hi to all,

we're using Finesse V10.6, is there a overview which Gadget are available at Cisco Finesse without any 3rd Party things?

Thanks ewindgat for your reply, but that's not exactly what i'am looking for.

I'am searching a overview to see which exactly Gadgets are available out of the Box at Finesse.

e.g.:

<gadget>/desktop/gadgets/QueueStatistics.jsp</gadget>

<gadget>/desktop/gadgets/TeamPerformance.jsp</Gadget>

etc...

And, as you might know, there is a Marketplace for free and paid gadgets.

You could also look at the 3rdpartygadgets folder, for gadgets that come 'out of the box'
