Global call redirect with CCX

Hi,

How can I give the opportunity to the caller to dial an extension number to be redirected anytime?

You can advise the callers at the start of your script to press an option (such as 8) at any time to dial an extension.  However depending on how complex your script is, you would need to configure 8 as a menu option to dial by extension in every menu step of your script.  You don't need to announce it as an option in every menu, you can simply have it configured as a silent option.
