Going from G.729 to G.711

Hey All,

We are going to be changing out UCCX codec's to g.729 to g.711. This process will require us to redo all of the prompts since they were created with a prompt recorder App. 

When trying to do this via several apps it saying the file is not valid. When we try the CUCM trick of uploading the file as a source to only let CUCM convert it...  the system says the file is not valid.

Any suggestions?

we ended up making the regions keep UCCX at g.729.
