Hello Team,
How can we connect Google Dialogue flow intents from WebEx Bot, As per my research, Previous we have direct integration at Dialogue Flow as WebEx. In the updated Dialogue flow, under Opensource section of integration, we will find Spark(which will redirect to WebEx Bot Creation only).
After conversation with support team, What I understood is using ContactCenter we can create virtual agent, which will connect to Dialogue flow. Is there any code sample for this, as WebEx bot will connect to Dialogue flow agents.
We need to do one POC for this, we need a trail run to complete this process. Help us to get the contactcenter details.
