has promblem when use NonGadgetSample-Finesse-11.0.1 to login

my finesse is with uccx 11.0,  and when i use ie to open the url:  https://uccx11.sdhcloud.com:8445/desktop/   , i can login ,

but when i use NonGadgetSample-Finesse-11.0.1 to login the agent ,it cann't work , the problem is as follow picture, what's the problem ?

Hi,

Did you follow all the instructions in the readme to configure the proxy? Do you see the request being made to the Finesse server? Take a look at the Finesse webservices logs to see what error is being sent back and it should tell you what the problem is.
