cisco real time tables throwing strange number(figure) for offered calls every
mid night between 00:00 and 00:05. (Table name Call_type_real_Time)
Kindly note we have problem with the real time data in the CISCO database, it gives number of calls received in negative figures during early
hours of the day .Appreciate to comment if any one comes across the same ? Any suggesion

Are you querying the awdb, or the hds?
I would expect, if you query the hds for any real-time data, the tables should be empty. Only the awdb's realtime data is populated.
If it's actually the awdb, I suppose immediately after midnight, some counters in the 'xxxToday' category might read 0, or even null (-1).
Really need you to be specific about what data, in what table, in what database, is showing as what value?
