Help with Screen Capture software related to Cisco Agent and On Demand having issues

Hello,

Our call center agent who monitors calls is saying that several of the girls have video record most of the time, but sometimes it doesn't.  She also reports that when watching back the video she sees flashing bars and partial screen loss.  Other supervisors have looked at the same calls and see the same thing.  

I've reinstalled, ran updates, and done about everything I can, but I don't know what of these issues to troubleshoot.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
