Holidays Check with CCX 10.X

Can anyone help me to create a aef for the holidays check that uses XML files to control the days?

Can you send me a aef and an xml already created?

I did several tests, but do not work.

Thanks for the answers. I tried to use holidayCheck.aef, but I have a 

VALIDATION ERRORS: 

Variable 'holidayDate' validation failed: com.cisco.expression.ExpressionLexicalException: invalid date: April 22, 2003 2:37:59 PM; nested exception is: java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date: "April 22, 2003 2:37:59 PM" (line: 1, col: 1)
