hotline call in of all over the world

We install a uccx server in china and have only one hotline number,we use xml file to analyze the incoming call time,my question is how the server can make a difference between the different timezone,such as the USA caller and China caller.could anyone can help?You can refer the photo for detail.

You will probably have to detect the caller country of origin by checking ANI.

but i think there are so many countries to be definded in order to match the ANI.othervise,if the uccx can get the ANI,how can we transfer this call to different call flow?
