How can I find Cisco UCCX 9.0.2.10000-71 cop file

Dear All,

I'm upgrading my UCCX form version 9.0.2.10000-71 to the version 10.6.1. But I can't find any compatible cop file for the installation.

Any advise?

Hi

You need to order an upgrade to 10.6 from Cisco, or via PUT if you have UCSS - a new license will be needed for version 10.

Also, you need to be on 9.0(2)SU2 before upgrading to 10.6 as well, according to the upgrade info here: http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_CCX_Software_Compatibility_Matrix_for_10.6(1)
