Hi anyone,
How can i restrict the campaighs to use certain ports(we have max. 20 ports here)
I have two campaighns , i need one campaighns to use only 10 ports(dedicated always) on dialer A
and the other campighs to use the other ports (10) on Dialer B
Is it possible to do this ?? Appreciate your expert help..Thanks a lot
Also we are having an issue here sometimes randomnly(not every time):
We are using blended preview mode
Dialer requests an agent through the Media Routing Peripheral Gateway (PG) interface.
Router runs a route script that returns an available agent.
Dialer places a call to the agent to maintain the reservation call.
Reservation call is dropped after that
again CTI screen to ready mode and another reservation call comes
it will disconnect & so on

Are you saying that when the reservation call arrives and is answered, if you just sit there and wait (don't press "Accept", "Reject" etc), after some time the reservation call just disappears?
What happens if try preview direct?

No i am not getting any accept option before that itself the call is getting disconnected as soon as the reservation call comes in my Cisco IP Phone(7940) and it just disconnects in 2-3 seconds ,again the second reservation comes and so on..this issue i have observed in the peak time in my call center where the vulume of incoming calls are higher..
meanwhile could you answer the first Question as well. thanks
