how to add contacts to outbound

Is any way to add new contacts to outbound campaign without uploading file to UCCX. Can this be done directly from database?

Hi

You can use the CCX Config API to upload contacts. It's a simple REST API.

That means you can script something to read from your DB and upload to UCCX using whatever script language you like.
