How to catch the latest single event while multiple events are coming for single request for Unified Contact Center Express 12.0 Lab
I have differentiate Hold Retrieve Buttons for CONSULT Call & A CD_IN,OUT call.For CONSULT call hold retrieve is working properly for 2-3 times,after then events are increasing for single request.And events are going on increasing as click on the button.
For OUT & A CD_IN call ,it is working properly as many times click on button.Like that how to catch single response for single request for hold retrieve CONSULT call.

Are these multiple events different (one or more values are changed) or are they exactly the same. Take a look at the Finesse webservices logs to see what the Finesse server is sending. This will determine if the multiple events are on the client/gadget side or the Finesse side. Remember that one action request may mean more than one event.
