How to design the license in PCCE

I don't see a clear introduction for what / how many licenses need to purchase in PCCE/UCCE. For example , it has 1000 agent seat in the contact center , then what license should I purchse and what is the qty for each? Subscription model is prefered . Thanks!

Well, the first thing is are you working through a partner with a design of what you'll be implementing, as it will have to go through Cisco's A2Q process? There are different types of licenses, such as for agents (i.e. UCCE/PCCE) as well as for CVP/VXML for menus.

This link goes into some detail on how the licensing works as far as agents, but some of the same mechanisms still apply for the CVP/VXML portion as well.
