I would like to display the Caller Name and Caller Number to all Finesse agents attending calls, but not sure on what are the steps I need to include and how to get the caller name and number information inside script. Please help me on this.

Here is the script logic to pull CNAM into a String variable.

You can use a combination of a Custom Call Variable Finesse Layout in UCCX, and Get Call Contact Info/ Set Enterprise Call Info in your script. I have used the document below as reference to configure this in the past.

Jonathan referred blog Java thread worked for displaying Caller ID and Caller Name (CName depends on Carrier) in Finesse Agent desktop for PSTN calls.
Local organization calls also display the Name and Number in Finesse Agent desktop.
