How to find CVP Licence status without a VXML server

My client is looking to find out what is the status of port licence in their CVP implementation.   However they don't seems to have VXML server implmented

Is there a way to find the information that asked ?    What about other licences , like server licences, call director licences ? Where do I find those information ?   Appreciate if some one can help here ...  Thx!

There are four license types relevant to CVP :

  • Software : allowing you to run that particular major release version
  • CVP Ports : these are Call Server IVR ports, each call that is making use of the IVR servlet (playing any microapp, icluding VXML Server micorapps) uses one of these
  • Reporting
  • Self Service ports : these are VXML Server ports

The state of the first three can be checked at the top righthand corner of the below page on each Call Server :

http://localhost:8000/cvp/diag

The state of the last one can be checked by running :

C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLServer\admin\status.bat

In CVP 8.0 and up you can also check the state of the licenses from the Unified CLI.

Thanks Kris.    Sorry for late reply.    As my client doesn't have VXML server implemented , the last information is not available.     It helps a lot !
