We have an agent in stuck in Reserve and so unable to log out of finesse. How can we change their state

Did you try to end the Finesse task from Task Manager

Hi,
Normally you can't change the reserve state in finesse window , but we cal do it from Agent PG – using procmon utilty .
Logon to Agent Active side PG and run cdm – type the below command
Procmon lab11 pg1a pim1 – Usage: procmon Customer Name Node Name Process Name First check the agent state using the below command , find the agent current state
>>>>dagent 3xxx <Agent ID>
If its reserved state , please do the force reset from Procmon using the below command .
>>>>resetas 3xxx < agent ID>
Or >>>>>pim_reset_agent_state 3xxx < Agent ID>
If all the agents went to reserved state , check the Extension length in PIM confirmation page .
