Hello, could anyone help me understand how to obtain the login name or login ID of an ECE (Enterprise Chat and Email) user who is currently logged into an ECE gadget within Cisco Finesse?
As a voice agent, you have the capability to subscribe to non-voice media channels' dialogs when you are logged in with Single Sign-On (SSO) or using the same user account. However, when you log in to the ECE gadget with a different user account, agents are unable to subscribe to those media channels. This limitation arises because Finesse and other gadgets are unaware of the agent's identity when logged into the ECE gadget with a different user account.
Could you provide any guidance or suggestions on how to address this issue and achieve my desired functionality?
