Hi All,
Currently we are checking the issue where the call routed CSQ column extracted from Agent wrap-up data detail report is blank. I understand that it seems like this was a transfer-in transaction that is why it is blank. My question is how to know who transfer the call to AGENT67 and what report should I extract to see this? I attached the Image for reference.

Check Agent Call Summary report as it shows the number of calls that are transferred in to and transferred out by the agent, and the number of conference calls in which the agent participated.

Unfortunately there is no such report within CUIC
