how to make the ICM script editor read only access in 12.6 UCCE

just wondering is there a way we can have only read access to ICM script editor.

can you create new feature control set and assign application name you want .

thank you for the reply . I just checked , It still has edit and quick edit option . is there was way we can have only read access
