Read that 11.6 has inbuilt CLID /ANI masking feature.

Great question, I'll subscribe to this one. I also have this issue, as we'll have to mask credit card numbers that were inputted in the IVR. The CVP VXML application activity logs shows all, and it's very problematic. Also, I wouldn't want to disable to logging as it is one of the main ways to troubleshoot issues in the IVR.
If anyone have a solid solution for this one, I would also like to know ;)

Can you clarify what you're looking for? There are some new elements in 11.6 that support the secure logging feature, it is outlined in the Element Specifications guide.
