How to modify Finesse & CUIC Certificate Information data?

Hello,

I have a platform where the customer wants to change the Certificate Information already configure.

Checking the doc, the only options I see is to reinstall them again, is it that the only way?

Hi Arturo,

I have never attempted to change the certificates so I don't have a good answer for you. I would recommend contacting TAC and they can probably give you a better answer.
