How to Redirect to Specific Page of ECE Inside Finesse Gadget

Hi,

I have a question regarding ECE on finesse gadget. If we're using lite agent on the browser, we can redirect to specifc page using url like thesse:
https://10.254.173.24/system/web/apps/liteagent/#activity/658228
https://10.254.173.24/system/web/apps/liteagent/#case/342645
https://10.254.173.24/system/web/apps/liteagent/#customer/194840

But we can't do it inside a finesse gadget. ECE won't load if we put a specific url.

Is it possible to do this? The idea is we want to automatically redirect ECE when there's a call to a specific customer.
