How to update Maximum array size ECC Variable user.microapp.ToExtVXML
To support Courtesy Call Back we need to update maximum array size user.microapp.ToExtVXML from 4 to 5. we need to how to extend the array size ? Some recommended suggested to remove and re-create ToExtVXML but we cannot delete because this assign into ICM Script and we not need to change set variable assign on ICM Script. Thank you
You can do this through database surgery on the Logger DB. You will have to bring the platform to a complete stop in order to do this on each Logger. Once you have started the Central Controller again, as you start each Distributor, call Initialize Local Database on each to pull the change through.
