Does anyone have any information specifically as to Cisco's support of Microsoft Update Rollup for Windows 2000 SP4, which came out on Sept 13, 2005 on the IPCC Enterprise platform? This is referenced in MS KB Article 891861.
We are seeing some issues that need updated files installed by this update, but I have not been able to find out if it is supported as an update by Cisco. We run ICM 6.0 sr 5 on our cluster.
Any advice is appreciated.

Well, if it is supported by Cisco you should find it here:

I had already seen that list. Unfortunately, there is no field notice for Sept. 2005, so this update is not included. It seems odd to me that, when this update came out in Sept. 2005, that there was no mention of it on cisco.com anywhere. It seems like a fairly significant Windows update, and I have to believe that someone at the time must have wondered if it was okay to apply it to the server. TAC doesn't seem to know any more about this. I'd love to see a document listing both supported and unsupported updates in one place. That would make it easy to tell whether I should even think about putting an update on the servers.

Windows 2000 SP4 Security Rollup 1 is listed in the ICM v6.0 BOM (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/ccbubom/60bom.pdf).
