Hi
i receive those errors in ICM event
VOIP2066 Could not initialize the connection to the CallManager database. AXL error: [19: SPLKAXL_RET_GET_LOGIN_FAILED].
SPLKAXL2016 Failed to get CallManager Login from LDAP. Error(27:The entry does not exist.).
VOIP2048 Could not get the MAC address for extension [3570] from the CallManager database.
Kindly if you can help me .

Seems like you have some login error with your ICM integration to CM...can you check application username/password for ICM system which you are using?

This isn't really an ICM error, it's a CAD error. Check the suggestions in this document: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_6_0/reference/guide/cad_ecd.pdf
