ICM, CUCM services monitoring

Hi,

are there any option for monitoring the application level services within ICM, CUCM and other components of IPCC from any external monitoring tool. for example i want to monitor if the CUCM Services running are up/down ... etc.

If we can monitor then i would also need the MIB/OID details ... would be helpful if someone can provide this.

hi

You can use Microsoft operation manager to monitor ICM it gives you also gives you detail information about server status. To make it functional you need to configure MIBs . For CUCM you can use Cisco Operation Manager or RTMT tool which comes as a plugin with CUCM
