ICM Router query

Hi,

 

We observed one call got stuck in our router queue for 4 days. Is there any possibility to release that particular call from the ICM router. Or EXIT_ROUTER is the only option.

In my experience it is typically having to do an exit router. Depending on where it is queued, though, you could try and do an exit opc on that peripheral and see if it clears it there first, sometimes that has worked in the past as well and of course is less drastic.
