Hello Guys,

Calls go to music via the execute scripts node in ICM (interruptible mode) when agents are interacting with other callers or when no agents are available; calls will reach agents once agents are available. When in unit interruptible mode and while the music is playing in the queue, are calls not being returned to the agent once they are available. can you please help me on this .

1. If a consumer pressed anything during the queue music during interruptible mode, the call went to silenced. how we can stop this ,

Our requirments is during queue music if cutomer press anything DTMF options we shouldnt stop the music and once agent is became avaiable, calls should reach to agents. Please note we are using 12.6 PCCE.

Appreciated all your responses!!!

You need to disable caller BargeIn. To do this, you need to modify the
configuration of the PM microapp.

Note that Interruptible is for ICM. But Bargein is for the caller's DTMF.

Go to the microapp configuration (in UCCE, this is done in Config Mgr)
In the fireld labelled Parameter, enter N   - this will disable the
caller Bargein  during the audio playback.

Parameter: N

You can find more details on Microapps and their configuration in the
Features Guide for CVPGuide.
