ICM variables

Hi,

Could you please tell that whats the scope of ICM user variables, are they global or local?

lets say i assign "userMIG_open=1" in a a script

then what will be the value of this variable used in another script?

Yes I know...

In theese cases, inevitably, we cannot use CRS to send email. Probably the Transation Route to VRU will not have an alert email...

Before of TRtoVRU we could test the number of idle channels but for this information are sufficient  the historical reports on "Trunk Group"; when we know that we are near to the limit what we can do in real time? And if the Peripheral is down? I don't know how to raise an alert... probably the customer protests will be the alert.
