ICM9.0 - Not open console window when run each process

When start Services by Service Control, not open console window on taskbar.

what's the problem?         

OS : Windows 2008 R2 SP1

ICM : 9.0.1

These windows will no longer appear in windows 2008 R2.

To see whats going on you need to use EMSMON and/or the Diagnostic Portico.
