I have created a new queue for my users. The pool of agents is shared with another queue using skills. How can I identify to my agents which number was dialed when it reaches them through the agent desktop?

You will need to pass a variable to the agent desktop which will then tell them where the call is coming from. For example, variable named Queue = 'Gold Line' or Queue = 'Sales'.

I'm very new to UCCX scripting. Do you know where in the call flow I would add that, and what type of UCCX object you would use?
If you could point me to a sample script that does something similar, I could probably figure out what to add.
