why it is not duplex and clean ?
what dirty means ? when i cycle the service it became clean but still simplex in both cti os server A site and B site.

Why indeed is it not duplex? These are peers and communicate over the same port that clients use. Check your setup.
Look at the trace of the server - it should show that it's trying to talk to its peer.
