we need to make the screen become the default. as it is now, it is the 3rd browser window since the first is the Supervisor Push Window and the 2nd is agent email. Is there a way to make the screen pop browser become the front window?
I don't believe you can override the Supervisor Push page...that always comes first. And you can't cause a tab to become "in focus". So you're fairly limited with the CAD integrated browser. You could consider using scripts and an external browser (IE) if needed.
Thanks. thats what i am learning. i thought i had seen something in an earlier forum that had some instructions on how to make window 3 the "in focus" window on theworkflow on "answered event".....
