Initialization of the Agent failed


I have configured a Resource on a UCCX-System. When I start no the Desktop Agent, I get an error message that the "Initialization failed". But before this the Agent updated itself to the newest Version.

Can you give me a hint, where I can look for the mistake I made.

I have here the log entries with some Information. I don't know why the Agent cannot connect to any service. And the license problem is also strange. The LRM service is running and there are enough licenses available.

Can sombody help me?

Hi there! Did you get to the bottom of this? Can you remember what the fix was? We've got it now on v8.5.



Scratch that. We had CIPC users who had same number on phone and on their UDP profile. When I removed their number of the CIPC itself it worked.
