integrating ICM with IPIVR

any ideas why I can not call an IPIVR script from ICM. All of the script names match

Make sure allthe servies are active on the PG's.

What happens when yo make a call.

the ivr pim is active and when I place a call the call fails out of the Run VRU script node, when I dump the vru logs using vrutrace, nothing appears in the trace file.

What do you get on the phone, Fast busy or some message saying "We are experiencing some system Problem"

Are you doing Post or translation rotuing?

Can you outline the script nodes here and show the call flow.

start -run external script(name matches ipivr script)

success - if node and continue running icm script failure - skill group node call gets routed and I can answer

Have you chekc the configuration on the IVR also?

I can answer the phone

as far as the ipivr what else do I need to check besides the icm subsystem

And also what is the status of the ICM SUbsystem in IVR

didn't help

Only thing now is use a differnt IVR script and try if ti works.

Also make sure the name of the script is correct in the ICM.

Let me knof if you found the problem.

Whats the status of ICN subsystem in CRS ?

Is the Trans rote to VRU configered ?

I sthe script also added in the ICM subsystem on the CRS ip ivr machine ?
