We need to use an IVR Intervoice with our UCCE environment. Basicaly, our need is that some calls from PSTN will reach CVP, then it will collect user data and transfer all data collected along with the call to Intervoice.
I tryed to do that by including an IVR PG point to Intervoice CTI Gateway and configuring a translation routing. But, no success.
Does anybody here have such experience. I would appreciate receiving some help on configuring that or even suggestions on best call flow and topologies.

Hello,
When you use CVP you don't use translation routing , you use send to VRU node and run external script , the translation routing is only used with IPIVR .
